Privacy policy

This policy describes how data is processed in the beta version of Finanza Panorama. It should be read together with the terms of use.
1. Data we process
We process the data required to create and authenticate your account, together with the financial information you choose to enter, including assets, investments, savings, loans, expenses and preferences.
2. Purpose
We use this data to provide the organisation, calculation, synchronisation and financial visualisation features requested by the user.
3. Storage and access
Financial data is stored in Supabase and associated with the account identifier. Row Level Security policies restrict ordinary operations to the authenticated user. Authorised personnel and the technical service account may access it when necessary to operate, protect or maintain the service.
4. Session and device
Finanza does not keep an operational copy of your financial data in IndexedDB or OneDrive. Session information required to keep you signed in may remain temporarily in the browser.
5. Providers
Authentication may be completed with Microsoft, Google or email. Supabase provides authentication and database services, so its terms and policies may also apply.
6. Retention and control
Information is retained while the account and service remain active or for as long as required to meet applicable obligations. Do not share passwords, recovery links or access tokens.
